Standard Delivery
We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We will ship your package either by TIKI JNE (Oke Service), or Registered post (POS tercatat). Delivery takes from 3-5 business days depending on where you live. If you would like your order sooner, we offer TIKI JNE YES service with additional cost.
NEXT Day Delivery
Orders received Monday - Friday before 03:00 PM WIB can be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 03:00 PM WIB are scheduled to ship the next business day. Any preordered items in your order will be shipped via TIKI JNE YES service as soon as they become available. All Next Day packages are delivered Monday - Friday. Second Day delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to International Destinations (outside INDONESIA)
International orders are shipped via Indonesian POST only to complete address, not PO BOX, and are scheduled to arrive within 14 - 21 days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. For more information please contact your local Customs agency. Next Day delivery are available via Indonesian post, UPS, FED-EX or DHL.
